Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Sale items.

Gift cards.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
