1. Custom Orders
Request Submission: All custom requests, including crystal types, energy programming, engravings, and other personalized services, must be submitted via email or through our website's order form.
Production Time: Production begins after full payment is confirmed. Typical processing time is 7-15 business days. More complex designs may require longer processing, and we will notify you accordingly.
Returns & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of energy work, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
2. Energy Programming
Programming Process: All crystals are cleansed and energetically programmed by certified energy healers based on your specific intentions.
No Guarantees: The effects of energy programming vary by individual. AstroSoul does not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, or medical outcomes.
3. Payments
Order Finalization: Orders are final once payment is received and processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and provided in English.
Address Errors: In the event of a shipping address error, you may need to repurchase the order or pay for redelivery.
4. Returns & Defective Items
Defective Items: If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Submit clear photos or videos of the defect to request a free replacement. No returns are necessary.
5. Shipping
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase, and shipping typically takes 5-9 business days via USPS.
Shipping Issues: If you experience delays or lost shipments, please contact us if tracking has not updated in 5+ days. We will assist in locating your package.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by AstroSoul and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
AstroSoul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the defective product.
